i worked for L&T and Siverline(US) before joining Big 5, with big indian companies you have lot of security, when i came on B-1 from L&t, i had one month advance in my hand, i had hotel booked, i had car rented , there is somebody to guide you
you never have a feeling that you will loose job
when i joined Big 5with H-1 pay was very good but no security.
L&t paid me indian salary also, basic
if you cant take the risk better stick with the desi companies, they are lot better than some companies here.
If you loose job you will go back and have indian job.
Every year even TCS give you and your family tickets to india which adds up to 5k, 1month vacation, relocation, over all its the same |

I agree Andhrawala mama, but company pays for your flight tickets only once when you are into US and out of US. For personal vacation or yearly they do not pay. If some orgns, are paying I don't know. I want to know such firms..

In my firm they are not paying it. It could be with ur firm. Whatever I get paid it is given in US payslip, nothing after that.
The only benifit I get in India is my parents are covered under accident and health insurance.
The point is: It is not that worthy what you save in India than being here with the more work being done here with pressures.

Other companies (staffing ones) do give more less competitive pay. People might get struck with bad companies due to ongoing GC or some issues |

Evadu mama, India salary ichedi. Only if you come on business Visa you get indian salary and company gives an allowance and pays for your living in US.
If you come with L1 or H1, you will be under US payroll and not a single penny is given in India.
