andhrawala : our situation is also the same. I paid first installment in 1999 and paid the remaining balance in 2002. they are telling that they will give sites at vattinagulapalli in some hilly area (waste land) instead of nanakram guda. It will be really helpful, if you can share your friend info to us. Please request your friend. thanks in advance. |

this is not a govt scheme. Madala sudhakar (from guntur area) started this. initially might be good. but now a days, they are doing all 420 business by not giving the sites, telling people by saying that they are not getting permissions from VUDA, so take your original money back (after 6 years) etc. In some places they are saying they will give half the land etc.
Never ever buy any land from Jana chaitanya Housing society from any location guntur/ vijayawada/ hyderbad/ visakhapatnam.
Request to Andhrawala : Is it possible to give your friends number to us so that we can be in touch to ask janachaitanya people firmly. More people is better to tackle these people. Can you request you friend to share his telephone number so that we can contact him ? |

One of my freind bought from JanaChaithanya society. He paid first installment way back in 1999. He was promised some land in Nanakramguda area. He paid his money entirely last year.
Now they are saying as unable to get land fully from farmers they will be able to give only 50% of the originally promised area. |

Hi all,
I paid a lot of amout to janachaitanya housing society for their sailakshmi2 scheme for the plots in nanakramguda. They are not doing the registrations and telling that , they are not getting permissions from HUDA. I would like to know if anybody else bought from these people? please share your experiences. thanks in advance. |
