my advice would be..spend some $$$ and get a well designed layout one of a kind with controlpanel for database etc, as its one time investment I would say go for it..TC.com vaalaki india lo evarayyina unte best approach them or go for some awesome designers like http://www.newenmedia.com/ who designed www.anniyan.com..
