I asked him if he was in Mumbai or Hyderabad and he said he was in Mumbai airport, about to fly to Hyderabad, and said bye as it was getting late. naaku appaTiki inkaa news teleedu... just tanu offline veLLagaanE Prasanth told me this news and that it was in Eenadu. It was less than 3 minutes since I checked Eenadu - appaTiki lEdu! So I was not sure, but checked anyway and found  I sent an IM to Sirish again... passing my condolences... and he was only invisible, and responded. When he said he was concerned about his grandma and that he was close to her, paapam anipinchindi... His concern and feeling for the person... particularly when he said "I couldn't see him before he died" reminded me of a recent case of my friend's dad's demise in India while my friend was in the USA. That's why, TC lO news lO Sirish ni kooDaa mention chEsaanu... Let the family gain the strength to face this.

Some of the movies in which I like Allu's excellent performance:
mutyaala muggu (as a monkey-bit man, imitating a monkey - towards the climax - impeccable performance)
maayaa bazaar ("asalu gOngUranTE EviTO telusaa meeku?!" - this dialogue is typically Allu's!)
SankaraabharaNam (the scene where he admonishes Sankara Sastry, about his daughter's marriage)
...and many more.
naTulaku maraNam lEdu... haasya naTulaku marapu kooDaa lEdu! We all will remember them for years to come, and be reminded by their golden movies all the time!
