As Atlanta already mentioned if your H1 Visa expired, then you need a Transit Visa...As long as you have Valid U.S Visa you dont need a transit visa...
For parents avasaram ledu anukuntunna...will check and let you know!! |

As I know, if you have a valid VISA in your passport (be it H1 or Visitors), you will not really need a transit VISA for changing the flights in France/germany. Only issue comes when your VISA stamping expires.
However, that specific airlines folks would be able to give you the correct details. |

You will need a transit visa for France/Germany and few other euro countries, if your H1/L1 stamp on your passport is already expired. So its better NOT to travel through these places when you don't have a valid VISA (of us) in your passport. Amesterdam is the best way to go through. |
