Hi annalu...
I am planning to visit India for 2 monthas on a vacation. Right now I am working for company A and want to transfer my H1 to B before leaving India or immediately after coming back from India. What is the best option you people can suggest? If I file H1 after coming from India then I wont be having the recent paystubs for those 2 months as I was on vacation. If i file H1 transfer before going to India, then how would be the situation at the port of entry? If My H1 for company B has been approved or still in progress? what are the implications that I may face. please provide me with some suggestions. Thanks
