Pournami story bagundi..hit ayye chances unnayi

Today MS Raju has revealed a portion of the story line to a trade magazine...Looking from the contents....

Pournami is Murari -II, only difference being that the curse plays on the female folks instead of male folks...



There is a curse on Trisha's family that in every generation the female folks are bound to be as daasis / slaves because of a curse..If any girl from that family tries to fall in love or aim for some big things, that female / girl dies under mysterious circumstances...All the females in that family die under mysterious circumastances..whenever they attempt anything big....Sindhu Tolani is the investigative journalist investigating the cause of these deaths....The females in that family are supposed to do only Siva Pujas as dassis..cleaning temple premises etc...but nothing else...

Madhu Sharma is the charcater responsible for the curse....Charmi and Trisha are sisters...Charmi falls in love with
Prabhas..that is the first half love track...She dies towards the end of first half...

Then Trisha enters only in the second half and she joins hands with Prabhas to fight the curse through various course of events culimnating with devotion and prayers to god in the form of Shiva Tandavam towards the climax (la Chandramukhi)...

That is the story as told by some of the unit members....and news available....

mind you all guesses....but no snakes ....nothing like that....

All telugu movie lovers eyes are set for this years summer releases.

As typical, this summer is going to witness some biggies fighting it out among themselves in scorching heat of AP to make the box office cash counters ringing.

Below are my thoughts on these movies, and my expecations on their fates.... Since its just my personal feelings, so dont get offended or ridicule, if you want to add please do without resorting to badmouthing others :-)

1) Sri Rama Dasu : Hit to Super Hit :-) (My guess)

My expectation was because all family audience (elders, ladies, families) can watch this movie. Also this being movie based on Hindu's favourite God RAM, would surely be seen by many people.
As I expected movie was received very well and would end up as Super Hit to Hit.

2) Bangaram : Hit to Super Hit :-) (My guess)

I expect this movie too to be a good break for PK after a long time, PK still has good craze in openings and Dharani is fantastic commercial director who can judge the audience pulse, atleast he makes a gripping commercial movie.

3) Pokiri: Hit to Average :-) (My guess)

Mahesh is the man in form these days, inspite of his form I feel Poori might not have handled the direction department well, At best it would be Hit (60% chances) and at worst would end up as an Average (40% chances)

4) Pournami : Average to Flop :-( (My guess)

MS Raju + Prabhu deva + Prabhas + Trisha, all four are in form, but since the movie theme is periodic (60's, 70's), I think the chances of this movie ending up as Average to Flop are high.
I would be surprised if this ends up as Hit.

5) VeeraBhadra : Average to Hit :-) (My guess)

NBK the man in worst of form is coming with the most under dog movie, having heard the dialogues/audio, this movie also seems like a revenge based theme, so chances are it might end up as Average (60%) and Hit (40%).

6) Ashok : Average to Flop :-( (My guess)

Jr is also in worst of form, if its another revenge based drama, since Jr always chooses revenge based drama, it will end up as Average (75%) or Flop (25%)

7) Godavari : Hit to Average :-) (My guess)

Sekhar Kammulas, the director with midas touch, its another keenly awaited movie, though a small budget movie, this might end up being Hit (80%) or Average (20%).
