We at SSC Arts declare that the internet music rights of our film, “GODAVARI”, directed by Sekhar Kammula, produced by GVG Raju and starring Sumanth and Kamalinee HAS NOT been given to any persons/company whatsoever and illegal uploading/downloading of the music from the film without prior and explicit permission from the rights holder (SSC Arts), will lead to prompt legal action, stating violation of copyright act and anti piracy act.
We also declare that the music rights in the form of audio tapes and CD’s are with Madhura Entertainment. While SSC Arts retain the internet music and radio transmission
