Kurnool: Angry fans of Telugu film star Pawan Kalyan reportedly damaged five RTC buses here on Tuesday night protesting the delay in screening of his latest movie Bangaram. Hundreds of fans had been waiting at Anand Multiplex in the city for the arrival of the new movie’s reels since Tuesday evening. The film was scheduled to be released on Wednesday. As there was no sign of the arrival of the reels till midnight, they went on rampage on the main road. They stopped private vehicles on the road and pelted stones at RTC buses. Police intervened and dispersed the fans by resorting to mild lathicharge. When contacted, Anand Multiplex proprietor H Gopal Reddy said the reels of the new movie arrived at 8.30 am on Wednesday and the movie was screened immediately. live Life like sinna. |
