They are shooting the film from many months and there is no sign of it nearing completion till now. We refer to NTR's 'Ashok', directed by young Surrender Reddy. Now they are busy in caning songs in foreign locals.
Even though the shooting of the talky part has been completed, it seems the duo is not satisfied. So, they plan to do one more week of shooting. This news has put butterflies in the stomach of producer. Now the movie market is not that healthy as industry witnessed a disaster of big star movies.
Already 150 days of shooting has been done at a cost of 15 crores. There's still the lab fee to be coughed up and the extra week of shooting will put them in the red and in a real quandary, fears the producer.
When 15 crores have been spent on a film, even if the film runs for 200 days, it would be difficult to recover the investment, fears the producer.
But both the director and hero are not in a position to listen to the producer. They have just gone ahead and arranged for the extra week of shooting.
Boys remember. Craving for more perfection may kill the project entirely.
