Aslong as you are in the school, you dont have to fill AR-11, the school can take care of your address change. All you need to do is update your address in your new school.
I dont think state id will be a problem, relax bud.

I need help…I attended a school to do MS in Michigan and stayed there for 8 months…during this course I had obtained Michigan State ID & Michigan license….8 months taruvatha Illinois lo oka university ki transfer ayyanu…ikkada (IL) lo nenu state ID teesukunna…vallu naa Michigan state id teesukunnaru...appati nunchi naa daggara Illinois State id and Michigan license vunnayi…license 1 yr varaku valid ani evaro chepparu…Illinois ki vellina 14 months taruvatha…IL license teesukunna…appudu vallu naa daggara vunna MIchian license tessukunnaru…appudu Secretary of state lo okaru…you cannot carry two different state ID’s at a time ani annadi…that’s illegal ani cheppindi(anukunta)…deeni valla immigration lo emanna problem vastunda…ee year India ki vellali anukuntunna…malli vachetappudu port of entry daggara emaina problem vastunda..
nenu ippudu OPT lo vunnanu...
