�Police ignoring case on Dasari�
Union minister Dasari Narayana Rao�s daughter-in-law Dasari Susheela on Tuesday alleged that the police was not taking action against her husband Pra-bhu and in-laws in a dowry harassment complaint that she had filed last year. The couple had married in March 1995 against the Dasari family�s objections.
Ms Susheela told mediapersons on Tuesday: �On June 27, 2005, I lodged a complaint with the CCS women police station against Mr Prabhu and my in-laws. The police registered a case but took no action.� She filed a representation with police commissioner A.K. Mohanty on Monday and warned that she would go on a hunger strike.
CCS women police inspector L.K. Kashinath said the police had registered a case under Section 498A and Dowry Prohibition Act, chargesheeted Prabhu and was waiting for a CC number from the court. �Susheela and Prabhu never stayed with Mr Narayana Rao�s family. So there is no question of their harassing her,� the inspector said.

Dasari accused of Dowry harassment?
Dr Dasari Narayan Rao is the union minister in the Man Mohan Singh government. Now he is facing a problem of Dowry harassment.
Dr Dasri's son Taraka Hari hara Prabhu(34) married a girl Susheela when he was in Chennai. These two met in a computer institute and married later with out the consent of Dasri.
From that time onwards, Susheela was not accepted by her in laws ever since she was married. Mean time she has given birth to a child (Jr Dasari).
Her husband started harassing from last June and she was put up in a separate flat. She complained near by police station of Banjara Hills and the case is under investigation.
She is also complained with women protection cell. She made some more allegations that her in laws are planning to get married off once again with some other girl.
