NTR please listen!
Only wish NTR pays heed to what his fans and audiences are saying about the film. Some say the film is okay and some say it's very good, better than his previous ventures but whatever it is all of them have a common opinion...that Samira doesn't suit him at all.
She looks like his sister...not younger, and traditional clothes don't match her appearance and the telugu people don't identify with her at any level. She might dance well but that's about it, it's solely an objective opinion and it is in the interest of the film. Nothing personal, Junior open your eyes!

'Ashok' Would Be Another 'Pokiri' If Ileana Was There!
'Ashok' is released worldwide and the response on first day is encouraging for the film.
Here are few first hand feelings of audiences in Hyderabad.
"The film is really wonderful in 'taking'. Surender Reddy made it wonderful. We are happy for the output of the film. Fighting scenes and action elements are pictured wonderful", said Nirmal Kumar, a viewer at Prasad's multiplex after the 11:45 show.
"The film would have been another Pokiri if it were packed with good item song and a glamour doll like Ileana. I mean there would have been Ileana in Sameera's place", said Venkat, another viewer.
"The film runs for 100 days and beyond. It has everything in it. NTR is wonderful", said an enthusiastic fan after watching the first day first show.
"If the film was parceled with good comedy track, the journey of the film at box office would be like going at 100 Kmph on National Highway. Venu Madhav was used only for guest role. Krishna Bhagawan was also not used rightly. Only Jeeva is a bit better", said Naresh, a viewer at another theatre in Hyderabad.
"It is simply superb. Dances are wonderful. Fights are great", shared a young man after watching the film.
"Excess of violence may keep the family audiences away. The result of the film would be on par with Samba, which got average talk", says another.
"Many of the scenes and themes were picked up from other films like Satyam, Pandem Kodi, Mass and James. But still it looks unique and different", says a film pundit.
Well, the film is receiving better response than any of the NTR's films released in recent past. But still, another week has to be observed to come to conclusion on the status of the film. Tollywood is happy for good business graph in the first half of 2006. If everything goes positive with the film, Tollywood would be happy for a better start in second half of the year also.
