It is a double delight for Sarath Kumar on his birthday which falls today. The actor has been elected President of the Nadigar Sangam unanimously. Nasser, the main contender, withdrew after some deliberation and hesitation. Vijaykanth had been the President for the preceding two terms.
Sarath has also dumped Director Balaji out of Tamil movie Thalaimagan. He was unhappy over the way the movie had come about so far.
The rushes had shocked him. With Balaji out, Sarath has also taken the mantle of the Director. Of course, he had consultations with his spouse, Radhika, the creative head of Radaan Productions. After getting the okay from her, the guy has got onto the floor.
We have seen Sarath as a hero. Now we will see him as a director. Let’s wait and watch Sarath’s treat for us. |
