55 lakhs for those houses is really not worth mama... But there is no option..
The thing I am not liking in real estate people in hyd is they dont give the worth of money. The apartments in other places like pune, bangalore, mumbai give lot of facilities for the money they charge..
Hyd, not enough space between apartments, no facilities for kids like play areas, there is not water, no minimum facilities, no proper ventilation, I started hating those constructions...
Builders just want money. People are afraid that rates would still go up if they dont buy now and are buying... And on the top, bank is increasing the interest rates as they reached their targets..
15-20 lakhs lo decent 2Bedroom apartment is history in Hyderabad. This is really horrible. |

adhi oka saari complete ayyithe US lo maadhiri trafic lo padi vellakunda one can reach from one place to another easily. adhi okkati baaga momentum icchindhi.
Main city lo prices andhubaatu lekapotam tho people started going to outskirts.
Interest rates thakkauva vunnayi ani stock market ante bhayam vunna janaalu started investing in real estate. added to that NRI money added fuel to the fire. |

Vintha yentante ye tokkalo SHAMSHABAD even 5 years back dikkulu chusthu undedi!! I know SHAMSHABAD area from 1980s onwards and even till the year 2000 the most under developed area was the area on BANGALORE Hwy!! The reason being adjacent to SHALIBANDA, PURANAPUL, CHANDRAYANGUTTA etc.
Ippudu tokkalo air port ani cheppi pelusthunnaru and prajalu gorrella kontunnaru!
KUKATPALLY, ALWAL, SAINIK PURI, UPPAL ila city chuttutha unna areas chala gradual gaa grow ayyayi rates, ye tokkalo SHAMSHABAD ye too much gaa within 2 years middle lass ki andakunda undi!

Except Bangalore, prices in other places of Karnataka including mysore are very reasonable unlike in AP. You can get very good red soil , which is better than black soil in Krishna dt, agriculture land which is 100 kms from banagalore for 50,000 Rs/acre. |

flat rates are hiked like never before. Plot rates are at the peak. Not sure where people are getting money from...
And I feel investing money in Hyd is a waste. No plannning at all for any type of growth. Apartments and construction, facilities are really at the lowest....
Hyd used to be best for middle class income people, because of IT now the people are finding tough time in Hyderabad. Everybody is complaining IT people.
Ee Cong govt is just waste govt... Unable to control the prices.... |
