Chiranjeevi's Lands in Kokapet Area
The film stars of present generation are so keen in investing on lands. The first generation of film actors who were alert and careful was NTR and ANR who invested on lands in Hyderabad. In later stage, Sobhan Babu and Murali Mohan turned the dons of Real Estate in Chennai and Hyderabad respectively. As per the unofficial source, the property of Sobhan Babu is approximately Rs. 400 Crore and its Rs. 600 Crore in the matter of Murali Mohan.
Recently Sneha also bought two bungalows in Chennai and hired one for film shootings. She is making big money and presently planning to buy plots in Chennai.
It's told by unconfirmed sources that Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna have bought a few acres of lands in Kokapet six months ago. Indeed, it's almost Rs.15 Crore an acre in Kokapet area.
Daggubati brothers have bought about 20 acres in Shamshabad area recently.
Thus, all Tollywood stars are becoming intelligent investors.
