Lage Raho Munnabhai, the sequel to the super hit Munnabhai MBBS, has already been declared a big hit. Lage Rao Munnabhai may surpass the original’s collections. Buoyed by its success, Gemini Film Circuit (GFC) has bought its remake rights. Now, GFC wants to remake it in Telugu as it did earlier. GFC earlier remade Munnabhai MBBS into Telugu as Shakerdada MBBS starring Chiranjeevi. It also remade it in Tamil too with Kamal Haasan.
Sources told us that GFC is now approaching Chiranjeevi for the sequel too. Will he accept? Chiranjeevi's Stalin is hitting the screens on September 20th. It should be remembered that Chiranjeevi had accepted Shankardada MBBS all of a sudden when everyone was speculating about his next film. Will he do the same now? |
