'Pokiri' has created waves with thumping collections all over the United States. Now, crossing that whopping figure, the film 'Bimmarillu' sounds its 'success trumpet' by making huge profits in the United States. It's really a grand record for Telugu Cinema in its history.

Telugu films are commanding good market overseas on par with that of Hindi films sometimes.

Chiranjeevi in a recent meet said that the overseas market of Telugu films is growing up these days and this would encourage the producers to make films with better quality orientation.

Well, that sounds to be true. But the films those have turned super hit in United States are not the ones made with great technical values.

Last year, the film 'Anand' ran well in American theater for the emotional content in the film. Indeed, 'Pokiri' bears good technical values while 'Sree Ramadasu' turned a hit with devotional elements in it.

The latest 'Bommarillu' is also ruling the roost in American theaters with its human element content in it.

Almost all the Telugu films released this year in USA were profitable ventures and narrow goers while 'Bangaram' and 'Pournami' were miserable losses.

'Sree Ramadasu', 'Pokiri', 'Godavari' and 'Bommarillu' are regarded to be the historical money minters in USA. The fresh films, 'Stalin' and 'Boss' are releasing in the United States of America with huge number of prints. Only in United States the film 'Stalin' is hitting with 16 prints and Boss' is hitting the screens there with 12 prints as per sources.

Let us wish that the saga of Telugu cinema goes in similar way. Exhibitors are showing immense interest on overseas market now.
