Actually STYLE lifted the mother-son dancing scene from this movie. It released much before Style. In the posters Rajkumar's son has dis Aparichitudu like get up. the movie WONT FLOP, but pedda HIT kuda kadu - as first antha chala routine ga untadi.. All people were really moved anta climax scene lo (in Kannada). Some emotions are universal. So that wil save the film..
VVV has a song on all titles "bunny" , "lakshmi" offlate.. Alage "yogi yogi" oka song pedatadu which wil save the album. Kani Ramana GULAGULA gadi music otherwise bagodu. Last time Mani sharma scored terrific RR for Vinay due to obligation.. ee sari chestada? RG bgscore kodite bomma dush confirm.. scenes elevate avvavu.. |

This is not a review of Jogi..
synopsis:
1. Mother of "Madesha" comes from village to Blore to search for her beloved son. She doesnt have any clue except his name
2. Heroine is a journalism student and has aspirations of making it big in the field of print media. It happens that heroine meets accidentally mother of madesha and after learning her story takes her home.
3. A scene which opens in a jail introduces JOGI fighting with some goons.
4. Hero's mother recollects her memories with her son. Madesha is an innocent young man, lives with his mother and father in a remote village. He shares a very special bond with his mother, depicted as sometimes they dancing in joy (slightly similar to that in telugu movie style).His father dies. Hero wants to get golden bangles for his Widow mother and he comes to blore without informing anybody..Then after waiting for months she comes to blore for him.
5. Court releases JOGI on bail. He is not supposed to leave the city.After coming out Jogi writes letter to his mother. But those letters bounce back to him as his mother already left the village. Hero wants to go back to his village to see his mother but cant go as he is not supposed to leave the town. Moreover Villain gang is waiting for a chance to kill Jogi.Hero does nt do anything like a don even after coming out on bail, as we expect,but he works in a small hotel.
6. Heroine give a paper ad for Madesha and JOGI never happens to see that. Heroine acquaints this notorious Jogi but never guesses that he might be Madesha. (She had seen photo of Madesha but thats with him in long hair)
7. Hero kills some 20s of the goons in villain gang with a long sword in his hand after chasing them on the long road in mid night.
But he doesnt observe big poster pasted over there on the same road by her mother .

8. Some scenes are there which show heroine devlops little more intimacy with JOGI.
9.Hero's childhood friend is pickpocket in blore.One day he sees hero at a temple,talks to him and learns that he comes to that temple everyday in the evening
10.Hero recollects his flashbak. He comes to city hoping that his childhood friend,who says he stays in majestic, will give him a shelter.There happens a murder at the
bus stop where hero is standing and everybody runs off the place and hero is the only person standing there when policemen arrive. they take him to station and a Chai shop owner who has seen the total incident comes and takes Madesha out. somebody calls madesha as JOGI(Yogi) as he is having a long hair. Hero works in his hotel for 6 months, earn some money and gets golden bangles for his mother. He wants to leave to his village.
There is big apartment in construction opposite to
the hotel in which hero works. Chai shop owner sends hero with some glasses of Tea there into that building as there were some guys who ordered for Tea. The guys sitting over there are about to settle some real estate issue, they make some fun of hero and eventually one of the guys take the golden bangles in heroes packet out and what follows is a big fight which ends with hero killing the main man of the gang. and hero goes to jail.
11.Hero's mother becomes desperate about her son. Suddenly hero's childhood friend meets the mother.He takes her to that temple. Meanwhile heroine after listening to Jogi's story and pondering over it, it strikes to her that Jogi might be madesha. and after talking to someother sources she comes to a conclusion that both are one and same. She comes home to take The mother to Jogi's house but by that time she already left the home with hero's childhood friend.
12. Jogi trapped by villains and he kills almost all of them in a big climax fight.
13. Hero does nt go to temple that day as his own people tell him that all the villains know that u go to that temple every evening and today they may attack u at anytime.
14 Hero' childhood friend was arrested by police(he is a pickpocket). Mother waits sitting there alone at the temple for the whole night recollecting her memories with her son least bothering about the incessant rain..
When hero's friend manages to comeback there to the temple, by that time she is already expired.
The guy arranges for her funeral and meanwhile policemen comeback and take him again with them.
In a most dramatic climax hero happens to be going on the same way, sees that some orphan dead body is about to get buried, gives them money and arranges the funeral and performs all the ritual without seeing the face and so without knowing that she is his mother.
When he comes out Hero's childhood friend again comes there and tell hero that it was none other than his own mother but by that time only ashes was left there!!
Hero recollects her memories and dances there visualising his mother also to be dancing with him
and film ends with a caption "it never ends" |
