I guess this trend was started by George Lucas after he released Star wars recently which was modified digitally.
I guess we gonna see the trend of remaking old classics like in hollywood soon.

I also read that Mugal E- Azam would be changed to a color format and released soon in some multiplexes.
I always dreamt of remixing old songs( in Telugu) and remaking some of the clasics. Paucity of funds and social stigma (attached to the profession in India) made me to mothball my plans.
I hope they succeed there so that some of our producers can cotton on to the idea! But some day....
