AR Rahman answers Atull's 'prayers' on SMS!

After Salman's brother Sohail Khan took to direction, it's now the turn of another family member to wield the directorial baton. Brother-in-law Atull (yes, new spelling again) Agnihotri will make his debut with 'Dil Ne Jise Apna Kaha', starring Salman and Preity Zinta. Also, Atull is thrilled that he’s managed to rope in AR Rahman for the music. And he’s quick to want to squash rumours that the clan weren’t too happy with Rahman’s score and had decided to rope in Himesh Reshammiya as well. Atull clarifies, "I will always remain grateful to Rahman. I just sent him an SMS request to do my film. He didn't even know my background. He called me to Chennai. Later I came to know that Rahman had just finished praying when he got my SMS and, being a religious man, he immediately agreed to do my music. And he didn't charge me a single penny for it! But as he was very busy with his other assignments, he couldn't complete the rest of the music. So it was with his due permission that I decided to take Himesh to complete the score." How’s that for Atull’s prayers being answered – thanks to text messaging.
