Gudumba Shankar Review: A poor show
Analysis:
After that disastrous ‘Jhonny’, one hoped this will be made carefully to rebuild the lost glory of Pawan Kalyan. But the film is another disappointment, if not worse than the earlier one. It appears Pawan Kalyan did the screen play. He made it more farcical than a serious love drama. The only novel element we find is in depiction of the villain Kumaraswamy (Asish Vidyarthi)as believer in astrology and superstitions. He blackmails Prasada Reddi, father of heroine Gowri. Brahmanandam and Sunil are of no use at all. Ali remains a side kick the hero Sankar (Pawan Kalyan). The structure is more humor oriented, but childish. The heroine is kept constantly on the defense right from her appearance on the screen. The screenplay is punctuated with rowdies and dancers, putting the hero in these two formula acts of fight and dance. You can guess every on coming scene.
A poor show.

vere hero cinema ki takkuva review iste enjoy chesantha bad position lo memu lemu. aiyna hits maaku kotta emi kaadu...oka rendu flops vachina light ! fans will take it in the right spirit and will not react adversly.

MPS mama for your info i personally never said anything about tt for giving bad review for nijam, nani or ARJUN. i accepted his bad review for ARJUN. i said myself that every movie will get some bad reviews... for that matter did you know that OKKADU scored high marks across the board in almost all sites but times of india gave OKKADU a bad review only a 2/5. one review will not change anything for ARJUN i looked across the board.

i dont remember the names of some sites but they all gave good reviews. even on this db in those who saw the film gave it around 3.25. so that is above average for general audiences. which means for fans it will be hit or at least around 3.75-4. kaani for GS even fans itself are saying movie is flop to average. and the review we have seen so far are bad except for tt. where as for ARJUN all reviews were above average to good except for tt. |
