Producer of VV is commiting 13th or 15th (atmost) as release date to the distributors. Distributors are already reserving theaters. I don't think they agree to postphone that.

KRR might confirm the release date before SD team confirms to MAA. Though they can't advertise in media but they might commit it to MAA.
I think MAA rule is one week gap between two big budgets films. It might be okay, because 6th is tentative date for SD. VV can be on 15th. There is solid 9 days gap.
