Yesterday i was talking to a hardcore chiru and PK fan..and asked him..
"enti mee vadi cinema vasthundhi kadha repu, choosthunnava?"
he replied.." evadu maa vadu? allu arjun aa? vaadiki antha ledhu..thulasi vanam lo ganjaayi mokka vaadu"
today he called me after watching the movie and said.."too much unnadu/chesaadu..veedilo intha vishayam undhi anukoledhu"..
thats ARYA for u in a nut shell..
Allu Arjun:looks-wise he's completely different from gangotri here..the face-lift/surgery has completely transformed him..even his body language, mannerisms and action are promising. we needn't talk about his fights and dances.."A" grade..on the whole he's much better in every department than this teja's crap like nitin,UK etc..here comes allu arjun with a BANG..
Sukumar: his shot compositions and screenplay are good..he extracted allu arjun's potential to a max... i think we can look forward for some more hits from this combo..editing and photography(very good framing and peculiar and innovative angles) are too good..and i would give the whole credit to the director for all the technical brilliance. Songs picturisation is the best part of the movie..DSP gave great music and the director has done 100% justice to the songs with brilliant editing and choreography.. allu arjun has to be equally appreciated for his dances which he did with great ELAN..70% of movie's success lies in songs,dances and picturisation..
Anuradha Mehta:after watching malliswari..atu aaru tharaalu..itu aaru tharaalalo katrina ni acting lo evvaru beat cheyyaleru anukunna..asalu competition lo evvaroo maidhaan lo kooda undaru anukunna..but anuradha mehta gave a tough fight to katrina in acting and almost came close..a big DUD in acting and a minus for the movie in all departments connected with the heroine..
DSP: this guy is amazing..if one thought varsham is his best and most successful album till date then arya will certainly topple it..its not just the question of commercial hit, both these albums are loaded with good quality music.
the climax of the film is very weak..typical climax.. oka cinema choosthamu..padhi cinemalu choosthamu..kaani adhe climax tho vandha cinemalu choodatam kashtam..
my favrt song..the last song in the film..
my favrt scene..the first time when they decide to exchange their roles and anu proposes to arjun..
most heroism exploiting scene(like the interval scene in baasha and cycle chain scene in shiva).. the scene where the goons try to attack allu arjun and he mesmerises/shocks them and finally gains their respect and fear without even touching them and displaying his capabilities..
my overall rating of the movie..3.25(purely personal and differs from viewer to viewer)
verdict as of now..good hit..
