It looks like you are on PPO. as there is no mention of any family physician there. any ways, going to doctor you have to pay the copay only, which usually 25-50$. so go to a doctor, tell him your problem, what ever it is and take an openion. it would cost you only the copay. If he thinks you need more tests etc then do the matrix. |

nks mama first ne insurance ento cehppu then look for the doctors who are in the network ne insurance HMO, PPO or CMM HMO ayithe then u have to go for the doctors in the network, for PPO and CMM you can go to any doctor. 250 deductible no matter how many times u go first 250 you have 2 pay but thats only when major operation or surgery is performed for regular visit you will just pay the co-pay 80% and 20% is only for hospitalization or surgeries. call any hospital or check on google for internal medicine facilty then make an appt once you get to see internal medicine phyisican or when you call the rep tel her that you want to get physical checkup, go early in the morning to get your blood checked and cholestrol they will do everything u can tell doctor u r problems and they will refer to specialists if they fell necessary for HMO u can go to specialist you have to get referal from regular doctor shortness of breath or breathlessness can be equal to ashayam ashtma is same here also send me mail if you need more info ryada007@yahoo.com |

ex. aayasam nu english emantaru? 1. Just tell him the Doc like this "Even on the slighest exertion/activity I become tired with symtoms like heavy breathing or shortness of breath" 2. The general check up is called a PHYSICAL. Just let him know that you are for a PHYSICAL. It costs $100 even without insurance. If you have insurance it is free once a year. you just need to pay your copay. 3. I guess you are below 40 the only health concern should be your LIPID PROFILE. which checks your cholestrol levels. If you have any other doubts like you mentioned tell him to do the COMPLETE BLOOD WORK 4.$250 deductible + 80/20% ani vundhi ante? naa bill $300 avuthe $250 nenu kaduthe $50 insurance pay chesthundha? Your insurance will pay only $40 bucks because u need to split 80/20 But if you have bill of $1000 it will 80% of 750 and you need pay 20% of $750 Are you a student? 5.alage out-of-pocket maximum $5000 anta... deeni meaning enti? It means if your admitted in a hospital it will cover max of $5k United Health, Great West Insurance, Cigna are good but dont if the cost works for a student. |
