Please dont go for Madhapur/Miyapur/kondapur area. You will get trapped by land acquisitions/land grabbing etc..my friends family friends bought a land 8 years back at madhapur, but it was later bought by some others without the consent of original owners.That land was regstered by 4 owners. These guys are running after some big guys to get the money back.
I dont prefer or suggest others to buy land at Madhapur/kondpaur/miyapur area |

Hi Senior_nagfan,
I am planning to buy a plot near Gopanapalli, Guchibowli. It is the Levis park community with the plots. They are asking 6700 per sq yd. Is this a reasonable rate? |

I did R&A almost all areas except shamshabad.
Madhapaur - price is 17000-24000/sqaure yard (Beyond my range)
Kondapur - Rs6000-Rs13000 (Beyond my range)
Guchi Bowli - Rs4000- Rs6500 (Beyond my range)
After GuchBowli - till ottilnaagulapalli (Rs2000 - Rs3500 plots available here and there.Already Satyam bought 1000 acres around this area) I cna opt for this. But not sure that More software companies come up here.
Medchal highway -----
Near jeedimetla till Runaway 9(ICFAI-jayabheri-dandamoodi) - Rs4500-Rs6800/sqr yard (beyond my range)
Near Kompalli -near Dolaredhani - Rs4000 -Rs5500
After Kompalli till medchal -Rs2500 - Rs 4500(jayadarshini)
After Medchal (within 6 km) - Rs750 - Rs2500 (jayadarshini is coming up a town in 350 acres-narne estates,citysquare)
Towards Ramoji Film city-
Near Ramoji film city - Rs2500 (just opposite to film city)
After Ramoji till Mount opeara - Rs400 to Rs750
After Hayat Nagar till Ramoji - Rs4000 - Rs 7000 (facing highway)
Shanmshabad- im hearing rates ranging from Rs1200 - Rs3000
Is it better to invest at Shamshabad at this time. I heard that New hardware/software park (2000 acres) coming up here.
