That assignment is sem end one week full time project babu.. you can implement it in pure OOAD concept with classes.

Coming to the project:
1. First try to understand the problem and the concept of representing the polynomial
2. Define an class with all members and member functions.
3. USe a driver routine with menu to perform all those OPs by implementing an menu interface.
This project has lot of scope for improvement to implement operator overloading, abstract classes and overriding class members.
