ok let me tell you what digging is?
(check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digg by the way)
you read may be two or three news papers every day and some of them have uninteresting stories. and may be some others may be having interesting thing you are missing.. the idea is that users will vote when they like a news article or blog or anything
(if the story is not present the vote link will automatically add it to the site)
how to vote: in your login profile page you will get a link that you will drag to your links toolbar. and when ever you like something just hit that indiscoop.com link in link toolbar.
the website will show only submissions having decent amount of votes on the main page. so over time when considerable number of people are using the site, only interesting stories will be shown on main page.
just browse digg.com for a day, once in a while, and you will understand the idea. its surprising that you havent heard about digg. its the most happening thing in geek community.
