Question for Michael, as the GPDA representative. Narain, through no fault of his own, had done no driving from the end of the season that he did in Europe last year, until he sat in the Jordan for the first time, and I think he’s done three or possibly four days while the rest of you have been testing at every possible opportunity. Do you feel apprehensive at all that you’re racing against someone who has got so little experience in Formula One? MW: I think Narain has done a lot of junior categories. He’s done many years in Europe so that’s healthy. What frightens me is if someone comes in very very quickly with really limited running – of course, he’s had limited running in a Formula One car but I think he knows where his mirrors are and he’s sensible about how he goes about his business. He’s a good little driver and he will do his best with what he has. MS: Obviously I think he himself would have wished to have more running availability, but that’s not the case. I’m pretty sure… as I saw him in Barcelona during the test and I looked a little bit at him but he did a good job there. Obviously with the speed of the car he had to watch his mirrors quite a bit and he did so. He respected everything perfectly well so I think he’s capable of doing so. Race and test situations are slightly different but I believe he’s doing a good job. (Turns to Kathikeyan) Don’t you? NK: I think so, yes! (Laughter) missed the thread oak... Im a tifosi...who or what is DB? |

NR mama, Nothing can beat the thrill in F1. Please don't bring NASCAR here. It pales in comparison with F1. Swiss mama, Surprised to see so many new rules, just to dampen the supremacy of Ferrari.... Also Renault doing good in testing? It was no-where in the last season. RU Tifosi or DB by anychance? |

19 races... first few with the f2004M and the rest with the F2005...an italian work of art. the woking team and renault look strong in preseason testing. Personally Im looking forward to the new regulations which state that they will not be any tire change from qualifying 1 to the end of race unless you blow it. All engines must last for atleast 2 races. failing the above 2 conditions will mean a loss of 10 places from the qualifying position in the next GP As ususal...the target will still be heir schumacher... and the red baron narain's target must be to beat his team mate and complete races. The toyota engines which will power the midland team should be reliable for a 2 race distance and powerful enough. hope nick gets the break he deserves at the groove team my man fisichella should win more than 3 races... but at the end of the day FORZA FERRARI |

Surprised to see so many changes in the new season 1) Ralf with Toyota. Very bad choice i guess. 2) Montoya with Mclaren. Good to see a good driver with a good team. Hopefully he will get back the days of Schumi-Hakkinen tussle. 3) First time seeing the team Red bull. On top of that Coulthard is driving for them. I am really bored with the way Schumi been winning for the past few years. Hopefully this season Mclaren and Williams would offer some resistance. |
