trading shaq was a good move but what they got in return was horrible...
the wolves can have anyone on the lakers roster except kobe.. but that still wont be good enough to tempt them i guess... odom, butler and mihm for KG? will that be enough? or maybe they'll have to throw in their lottery pick from this years draft.. that cld be temopting to the wolves.. then they will have 2 lottery picks and odom and butler to build around.... okay i'll stop dreaming,,,, |

Nag maama u r true, Jerry Buss asked to trade Shaq, GM should check various options and trade him for right peaces.
Still i don't understand how they got Brian Grant in that trade.
Heat will be firtunate to let Brian Grant and his contract go away.
Looks like Webber's trade is also turning out in the same way for kings now.
The 3 guys they got are not able to do anything in the playoff's. |

Minnesota won't be ready but i think KG might be tired with that franchise now.
Next year sprewell will be gone, Sam Cassell doesn't want to play, so it will be the same team 2years back again.
I don't think KG wants that anymore.
He should force a trade like what Shaq did to the lakers.
Do u think Heat has asstes of shaq's value.
Phil should come back and something like that should happen for the lakers to regain glory.
Jerry Buss won't trade Kobe, one bad year by the team cann't trade Kobe.
They can trade anyone else for KG .
If that doesn't work then they should go for Carlos Boozer as he Utah management is not happy with him. |

they can't KG because they don't have enough talent to trade with the twolves for somebody of KG's stature. And i don't think minnesota will even think about trading him b/c he is their only card to draw crowds to the arena |

nandamuri mama.. yao and amare are restricted free agents after the next season... even if the lakers make a max offer it will be matched by their respective teams...
getting Kg from minnesota is difficult.. the lakers cann offer anyone other than kobe but will the wolves agree? |

One more year maama after next season Yao and Stoudamire will be free agents.
Their current teams won't leave them but lakers should do something Jerry West did in the past to get Shaq.
I don't think current GM has that capabilities though.
Lakers will have caproom only point is those guys should be ready to sign with Lakers otherwise they should try for Kevin Garnett for this season as he is pissed of with Timberwolves. |

for such a big guy he should establish himself in the paint, but he gets pushed around a lot by much smaller guys. that's the problem+ he only plays 31 something minutes |

nba.. anytime...
yao ming is a very good player nag mama.. he's averaging 18 and 8 in just 33 minutes per game.. thats his main problem.. stamina... if he can get to around 38-40 min per game he'll be a daily 20 and 10 guy.. while thats not shaq-like numbers they will still be good for the 2nd best center in the nba... yao also shoots a very high % like shaq and is better at the free throw line...
he shld improve his defense and not pick up silly fouls... |
