Lot of people are saying that Chappell's strategy of sending different persons each time at first down became a big success.
This is not his strategy, this is Ganguly's strategy. He alreayd tried this with Srinath,Agarkar,Zaheer and Harbajan.I wonder whether people have forgotton about this or they deliberately want to sideline Ganguly's strategies.

When Ganguly was unfit, he was told get fit and prove himself in local matches. He did the same but the management didnt take him into one days.When Kaif was unfit, he was told to get fit and prove himself in local matches.He did the same, and got selected into one day matches. Why these double standards?Gavaskar has already raised this point.But nobody cared.

India's fielding has improved by leaps and bounds.Looks like world class fielding.Kudos to chappell.They are hitting the stumps directly from any point on the ground.

India team's confidence is high these days whether its cahsing or batting first time. The confidence is same.They are not losing temper. All this happened because of Chappell. |
