normal ga 10 yrs ante based on technology:
mainframes/java/j2ee/.net: 6000$ - 7000$ (contract employees)
architect will get some thing more than normal developer
Some comp will give more than that around 8K for perm roles.
SAP: around $10K
ikkada advantage entante, konni permanent roles ki 2 months bonus + 13 month salary istaaru
So year end ki chaala migulutadi.
company profits lo unte, 6 months bonus kooda ichina rojjulu unnayi... ippudu aite kashtam.. 2 months aite possible.
naadi contract, seriously trying for perm role.
ee year end PR apply setta... they prefer PR/Singaporeans for perm roles.
