Idedo RGV bomma lekkana undi... Ippudu ganaka ee kluchaa langa marathi govt vadiki sarigga protection ivvakapote mana paruvupotundi... Mumbai: India’s most wanted underworld don is out to kill Mohammad Ajmal Amir Kasab, the only terrorist captured alive for the Mumbai terrorist attacks in November 2008, sources in the Indian government tell CNN-IBN. Underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, who is hiding in Pakistan, has been given a contract to eliminate Kasab. Much of India's evidence against the terrorists who attacked Mumbai is based on interrogations of Kasab, who was arrested on November 26. He has reportedly told Indian authorities that he and his nine other attackers were Pakistani, he was trained in Pakistan, and his handlers are still there. Sources in the Mumbai police told CNN-IBN they have specific intelligence of a threat to Kasab’s life. Sources say a conspiracy to kill Kasab came to light after the Research and Analysis Wing, India’s external intelligence agency, intercepted an Internet conversation between members of the Dawood gang in India and Pakistan. Sources say the contract is to be executed by Chhota Shakeel, the man who is in charge of Dawood's operations in India. Shriprakash Jaiswal, Minister of State for Home, confirmed the government had got reports that Dawood planned to kill Kasab and security agencies were taking precautions to protect the terrorist. “We are alert; there is no reason to worry,” said Jaiswal. Indian authorities will frame charges against Kasab, who is currently in an undisclosed location, by the month end. A British newspaper and Pakistani media have shown evidence that Kasab belonged to Faridkot village in Okara district of Punjab province but Islamabad has rejected these reports. The Mumbai attacks began November 26 and lasted for nearly three days. The 10 gunmen attacked 10 sites across India's financial capital, including two five-star hotels, the main train station, popular restaurants and a Jewish centre. |
