Open letter against Arundhathi movie piracy
Dear Sir / madam:
Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Shyam Prasad Reddy, the producer of the Telugu feature film Arundhathi. The film starring Anuskha, Sonu Sood and Sayaji Shinde continues to run to packed houses across movie halls in Andhra Pradesh, India. Sections of my movie, Arundhathi, have been uploaded in a few websites without any permission from me or my organization – Mallemaala Entertainment. I am writing to you requesting that you immediately alert us regarding any such uploads (done either in the guise of promotion or on the pretext of providing links) by contacting us arundhathimallemaala@gmail.com
As a producer of the movie, and as a lover of the medium of Cinema, such acts of piracy have caused me immense pain. I, and my organization, will fight this menace of piracy using the full might of the Cyber laws of the land. If the uploads are in web sites that are outside the purview of the Cyber laws in India, we will with the help of the Indian consulate have our lawyers contact the management of such websites and take legal action as we best deem fit. Please be assured that we will act with all the legal and diplomatic means that we have at our disposal to protect our rightful property.
