Babu SAP HR is a good functional module specilise in that there r hell lot of stuff in HR module itself.. dont get carried away with buzzwords....
As far as SRM is concerned as said by Durga its completely Supplier based and it requires lot of technical cum functional Knowledge not an easy one to attempt..
As far as CRM is concerned you need to have knowlege and exposure on SD first... and its also not an easy one to attempt..

nee background is HR, n u learnt SAP HR inka intakkanna emi kavali..manchi combination..endukantte ikkada chaala mandi students cheseddi MS in Cs or elect n they still go for SAP..which they struggle a lot in their intial stages..but the billing per hr keeps them alive..
coming to SRM, u should have a idea bout MM module and its integration with FI-AP..
more later on CRM n its pre-reqs

how it will be if hr guy does sap srm or crm can anyone tell me and also i want to know srm or crm is it any technical side will it be any difficult for hr guy to learn these courses.i did my MBA HR and i learned sap hr my brother is in us an he is suggesting me to learn sap crm or srm is it possible for hr guy to learn those courses which are related to marketing please let me know in this regard |
