Mohan Babu, Chiranjeevi la godava matuku Dasari repindee. There are some details that were revealed to me by a close friend of mine who was present during this fracas.
According to him Chiranjeevi's outburst was not orchestrated, he was spontaneous. Dasari tried hard to create as musch trouble as possible, and got away with it bcoz of his ministerial status. Balakrishna was unanimously the star of the event.

Last but no the least KS Rama Rao who worked hard, whose brain child it was, was made a scapegoat and many along with him had nothing to gain except drained bank balances. KS apparently slept for 32 hours after the Vajrotsavam concluded.

2)Harikrishna refused to attend because Laxmi Parvati was invited and NTR initially said he would come but later said that he had to go to the Chennai counsulate and Tirupati. Also many artistes along with him didn’t like the idea because the hot seat would ultimately go to Chiranjeevi. Vijayashanti later revealed that she didn’t come because Kantha Rao who came from Telengana was ignored but actually she asked if treatment that is accorded to Chiranjeevi will be given to her too and the committee didn’t have an answer.
3)Srihari who was invited insisted on coming with ten other pople and also insisted on them being given places in the A section.
4)It was intially decided to allot two minutes for the guests to speak and the power to the mike would be cut off if they prolonged, but surprisingly when Mohan Babu and Chiranjeevi spoke the conditions lapsed.
5)People flew five times to Mumbai to invite Amitabh for the Vajrotsavam and he could not come. Jayaprada declined then again said yes and Amar Singh and Amitabh too were ready to attend but because of political reasons, they were made to opt out. Obviously Dasari would be in an embarrasing situation if Sonia Gandhi would get to know about it.
6)Mohan Babu said invitations were sent to all the people but finally the bundle was lying on the table at the Chamber office. On the opening day all the artistes were seen participating in the opening of Maharshi Raghava’s volley ball tournament.
7)ANR didn’t like the way he was invited and also how the rest of the people were invited for the 75 years function. He apparently didn’t like Dasari being given importance and also stopped Nagarjuna from going to the function.
8)The committee had an agreement with Whizcraft for a contract of two and a half crore and our art directors were upset that they who were a part of the film industry didn’t get to do the work, so none of the art directors were seen at the function.
9)VV Vinayak. Rajamouli, NTR, Prabhas were asked to chip in five lakhs. The committee didn’t take any money from NTR and he enquired why none came to take it when he kept it ready. They were seemingly put off by NTR’s behaviour. VV Vinayak and Rajamouli agreed to pay only three and Allu Aravind doled out their share too from his pocket.
10) Mohan Babu who talks of giving 25% free education agreed to give a person a concession of only Rs 5000, this man works as a production manager to a popular director and he approached the actor for a waiver for his son’s education. MB tried to get mileage by offering to mar the show instead first by his unsavoury speech.
11)Legend is used for the deceased and celebrity for the living..and the committee got the english wrong and the stars fought over the status. Agreed Krishnam Raju was not given proper importance and also Chiranjeevi’s speech was uncalled for. Aravind is supposed to have told a couple of people to stop Chiranjeevi from speaking as he sensed something would go wrong.
12) Over 4 crores were spent and now there is a deficit of forty lakhs. Now the committee has to shell it out from their pockets.
13) Only person who stands to gain is Dasari who said I’m just a soothradhaari and the rest are paatradharulu.
