One incident caught attention of all newsmen at the birthday celebrations of a big-star kid. It is a known fact how things have been wrong between the big star and a contemporary actor and how things have hit an all time low, at a prestigious function very recently.
When everyone thought things have henceforth subsided, this new incident proved many a opinions wrong. Normally to place an ad(movie - related or for that matter about any person related to movies) magazines and other newspapers would give a discount of 60%. When fans from all over state, wanted to wish their matinee idol's son on his birthday, newspapers right away gave them the discount.
Well the star who was looking for an oppurtunity to vent his vengeance on the big-star, utilised the oppurtunity to the full, using his strong hold on Film Chamber and making them force all newspapers to withdraw the discount, on the grounds that no movie of the bigstar's kid has released yet. Many fans were disappointed because of the short notice (no notice??!!! in some cases) and were finally made to pay the full amount.
On the flip side, Vizag and some other area fans had a reason to cherish, as they were successful in coming up with a special feature in the respective district editions. |
