So, I can USCIS just with my name as identifier and ask them the status or only my employer with check umber etc details can get the status?
Also, My applciation is with Vermont center. So, If what Basky says is actually happening, then, I think I still have hope. |

it depends on the center. vermont takes lot of time. texas takes less time.

My H1 application has not been sent back. But, My employer did not get the response that the applciation has been selected also.
Does anyone know/ have any clue if there is any chance of getting H1 yet.
I mean to ask, Can i still have any hopes? |
