box B runs only on 2 nd day of month
box B has start condition that it runs on success of box A... so box A status second day ki yemi ayyiddi.. SUCCESS ne vundidda... autosys automatic ga job status ni reset chesidda cheppu |

remote agent ante enti mama (i think its the target machine ??) .. MACHINE attribute refers to the machine where your command need to be executed ..
so if your INF server is installed on Prod05Inf machine thats what you have to give as MACHINE.

yup .. adi correct mama ..
ippude gurthostundi .. even if they are on diff instances you should be able to set dependencies between Autosys jobs between them .. just check it out .. we used to have Prod and DEV instances and PROD is more restricted .. so I used to write personal email etc aSys jobs on DEV and used to link PROD and DEV jobs so that I will get a personal notifications on some suspious thigs
.. things I dont want PRODppl/mgr to know about

common event database & event processor for INFA & BW jobs...

first case ayite .. autosys automatigga handle chestundigaa dependencies as long as you tell what return status from INF means a SUCCESS??
second case ayite .. yeah global values set cheyadam or some header_file create cheyadam .. ilaanti donka tirugudu panulu tappav ..

naa req idi mayya.. INFA lo job complete kagane event raise cheyyali... appudu SAP BW lo job start ayyiddi... aa SA JOBS ki malla dependcies vuntayi i mean start conditions.. so startjob ni send event laga pampakudadu kada,..
nenu emani thinkanu ante INFA job complete kagane oka global variable ni set cheddam.. SAP BW vallu aa variable ni start condition lo pettukuntaru ani decide chesaaa... ok nena adi.. |

send event guring ee doc lo page 132 lo vundi choodu .. clear gaa syntax tho sahaa..
pretty useful command adi .. commandline lo jobs start/stop/kill etc kosam .. in general prod ppl GUI nundi chestaaniki ishtapadathaaru .. so vaallaki cheppadaaniki avasaram ledu ee command kaanee manam dev/testing appudu baaga pani chestundi .. GUI chetha slow
