Gochi.. maa employer oka attorney dwaara chesaaDu.. he has done hell lot of applications this time in bulk. so, we do not know which application money was taken and which one was not. and the attorney is busy till tommorow 17th aug with 485s 140s etc.. so, alaa kuuDa theleekunDaa irukuna paDipoindi!!!!!!! |

MY H-1 application is in a variety Dilemma.
My application was not picked up. But, it was neither returned back.
and becoz of GC issues, we waited till july end expecting soem kind of response.
Now, When i asked my employer, he says as follows...
We did not get any rejection notice for your application. What attorney is saying since they did not get rejection we can wait for sometime.
USCIS is in lots of rush for H1B, I485 and I140's. According to attorney, there are lots of H1B rejections because of tight scrutiny. So he is saying that since your app is not rejected there is little chance that it will be picked again because they need to fill the allocated quota.
Do you know anybody in similar situation? |
