Everytime a film releases, the first thing people discuss is will it run or not. These days even before it hits the screen a word is spread that it just doesn’t have the stuff to entertain the mass. It happened with Desamuduru. Everyone criticised it, but it went on to become a biggest hit and ditto with Yamadonga now.
Though it’s premature to comment on it’s collection, most of the people who have seen the film enjoyed it, the only ones who are writing it off are the one’s from the industry and media. TCP spoke to an industry person and he says, “saamanya janam enjoy chestunnaru kontha mandhi rendu saarlu choosthunnaru but I really can’t understand why some people are spreading such word.” The following is the share collected from various areas in AP in four days and it is touted that the film’s share will be around 15 crores in the first week according to a distributor.
Vizag - 58 lakhs
East - 50 lakhs
West - 55 lakhs
Krishna - 64 lakhs
Guntur - 68 lakhs
Nellore - 38 lakhs
Nizam - 3 crores Plus
Ceded - 2 and half crores
