This is the impression that is wide spread in industry. The platinum jubilee fire is known for all and that is the dispute with the two terms- Legend and Celebrity.
Since a few in the industry didn't accept Chiranjeevi as Legend, he dropped the memento in Time Capsule. And that's all history. Recently Film Fare Awards were given where Chiranjeevi and Mammooty were felicitated with Legend Tag. Film Fare never gave that 'Legend' award for anyone but it only gives 'Life Time Achievement Award'.
Sources say that it is Chiranjeevi who influenced the Film Fare committee to award him with 'Legend Tag'. That is to tickle the people those didn't accept Chiranjeevi as Legend during Vajrotsavam.  |
