AP Athithi
Offer valid on 300 ml, 200ml pack glass bottles and 500ml, 2 L PET packs of Thums-up. The glass bottles are identifiable by a crown with a blue colour ring and the PET packs are identifiable by the labels (The glass bottles and PET Packs are hereinafter referred to as ‘promotion beverages’). Stocks without the Offer also available.
The offer has two parts, i.e. “You can make Mahesh Babu your Guest” and “One Athithi Music CD to be won every minute”.
The details of the offer:
All crowns / caps of the promotion beverages will have a unique 9 digit number printed under them.
i. After collecting the crown, the participant must SMS “TU Athithi” followed by the unique 9 digit number to 58558.
ii. Another option is to call up 18602331233 (from BSNL/MTNL landlines only) and punch the unique number in the Interactive Voice Response System (hereinafter “IVRS”). The unique number can be utilized for participating in the scheme only once either through punching the unique number in the IVRS or sending the unique code to the short code 58558 through SMS.
Participants must SMS or call between 10 A.M and 6 P.M. including Sundays and national holidays during the scheme period. Entries received after 6 P.M on any day till 10 A.M on the succeeding day shall be considered for the first draw from the succeeding day onwards. On the last day of the scheme period, no entries shall be entertained after 6 P.M.
Participants must retain the crown/cap for verification post the draw.
HCCBPL shall select one winner who can make Mahesh Babu his /her guest for each day between from September 10th , 2007 to October 9th , 2007 (both days inclusive).
Winners will be able to make Mahesh Babu his/her ‘guest’ subject to validation. The exact mode, time and place of meeting Mahesh Babu will be individually informed to the winners. Mahesh Babu will visit only certain houses in select cities. Other winners will be required to travel at their own cost to the nearest location as may be informed to them.
Participants are also eligible to win an “Athithi” audio CD. One winner will be selected for each minute between 10 A.M to 6 P.M on all days during the scheme period, from among the participants who SMS or call up the aforesaid numbers between these hours. Winners shall be selected by way of random computerized draw.
Every entry shall be considered for the 2 draws only for the day on which the entry is received and not for the subsequent days.
HCCBPL or their representatives shall inform the winners by calling them up on the mobile or landline number through which the participation was done, and verify details of 9 digit unique number, name, age, occupation and complete address of the winner. The winner will be required to send the winning crown/cap to the address as specified Postage expenses for sending the crown/cap will have to be borne by the winner.
Upon receipt and physical authentication of the winning crown/cap, the invitation to make Mahesh Babu his/her guest will be sent to the winner(s) by way of courier. Winners may be required to furnish identification proofs to the courier company personnel at the time of taking delivery.
CDs will be sent by courier to the winners.
The invitations and CDs will be sent within 120 days from the date of closure of the offer. |
