Inthakee housing rates inkaa thagguthaya ledha? new home rates inthakante tagge suchanalu kanapadatam eldu. low interest rates days are over now even with good credit scores. old/used homes and non demand areas lo cheap houses vastunnayi. Also starting next quarter or so, the Bank O% APR offers and other benifits issued by CC companies are being screwed up as everyone looking at this grey area. So be careful. |

US has 800 bn trade deficiet with world. China has 250 bn trade surplus only with US and more than 100 bn dollars with Rest of the world. Why china is so stubborn and not listening to anybody including US is, their currency value is not changed. It is controlled by China govt. IT is not like open currency. If they devaluate theirs like India did in 1990s.. the deficiet will vanish.. But China denying this request since long time. |

Do you know US used to finance whole world with its SAVINGS until early 80's. Now it is dependant on savings from so called third world countries. these countries are financing US on average $2billion/day. now also this is true. Many of the US banks lent to every country and making huge profits. Citi, GE, Amex and many US bank arms in international area doing very well. But US government also took huge loans from people in the form of bonds, private firms as short term receipts and loans and international trade management using USD. Since oil, gold and all commidities are transacted through dollar.. USD has huge demand and IRS gets lot of revenue in terms of service fee from Banks. |

If what you said is correct, then what is the purpose of fed. Don't they responsible for creating liquidity in the market// FED is there to set the rate and provide liquidity for banks, that's correct. they should only enter into the picture when there is a crisis like "run on bank", happened last week in UK. They should not prop up these silly fellows. Now reading between the lines, the (indirect) message from fed is that "don't worry, you fq up we will come to your resque. keep up your bad practices". |

yeah.. u r right. These big institutional investors are investing on risk mortgage backed securities and now they want the fed to rectify their mistakes at the expense of the common man (inflation will effect mostly poor people). If what you said is correct, then what is the purpose of fed. Don't they responsible for creating liquidity in the market Evaro Okaru epudo kapudu nadavara munduga ato ito eto vipu |

as of now they don't have much choice. market kochina problem emi ledu bhai. pothe okati rendu banks leka financial institutions like goldman sachs munigevi. ayithe entanta. you cannot prop up bad loans forever. the bubble has to burst at some time. in my opinion, FED should have stayed the course and say fq you guys, you made bad loans, you are responsible for your mess, don't expect any help from us. all the weed would have been out of the system slowly albeit painfully. but flushing out now would have been way better than future inevitable big increases. |

Don;t you think this is a good move by fed. They can increase the rate after the market settles down |

inflation might go up// that's the big thing. in the long run they will have no choice but to increase the rate just to contain the inflation. how many of you didn't notice the inflation in the last few months? prices of day to day consumables are going up steadily in the last year or so. |

people are saying if the consumer stops spending, fed rate cut won't help and the economy will go into recession. But definitely it will add liquidity to the market eventhough inflation might go up |
