eppudu cover sheet lo user selection batti state specific forms,conditional forms,user selection forms add avvalsinavi[oka policy ki]anni add ayei avi report sheet lo dynamic ga display avvali.
like user 1 state ni select chesthey aa state ki sambandinchina policy related forms[Mandatory,conditional[YES/NO],User selected forms]add up avvali..
so daniki nenu forms section lo mandatory forms,conditional forms feed chesi next column lo state it applies feed chesanu [ALL/STATE/Combination of states] which ever form relates to.
attaney cover sheet lo state in which policy issued ani pakkana column lo states ki drop down list ettanu,enko drop list etti conditional forms ki yes/no ettanu[yes aueithey konni forms,no ayeithey konni forms]
user selected forms ki tick cheyaneeki buttons pettanu.
