Transporation :-- now all NHs are developed to be the best. Imagine in 1994 when I was studying in GDV, it used to take more than 4 hours to reach Vij from Ongole but it is just 1.5 to 2 hrs now. Journey to chennai used to be full day, but now it is just 4.5 hours.

Correct, not 5 years little over 3 years. detroit ela undi at present. I have few friends there who work in GM/Ford etc.. They are all crying now due to the steep decline in real estate values. ditto with windsor. akkada ayithe maree ghoram. three years back maa friend okadu $250k range lo koni 4 months ago he sold for less than $200k. it really sucks to be in that situation. |

sam garu: some times i too felt the same. but my point is no different in other IT metros. i was in bangalore too for a week. it is even worse in some places. chennai lo inka darunam. hyd lo easy ga notice chestunnam endukante we used to empty roads and mild crowds before. but eventually all growing cities have this issue to deal with. We will be seeing lot of nuclear power plants soon -- one big problem is solved.

Telecom: Is the best in the world as far as cities/towns are concerned. But it is picking up in other rural areas. Imagine a free phone number (with free incoming) for life with equipment for just 2000Rs.
Education: Foreigners are joining our universities. We still don't have best education available for everybody but we are moving towards that.
only thing that govts. not concentrating is eliminating proverty. The movement one gets best plan to eliminate this, then we are on top.
Employment: is good. You don't have much lobour available at rural ares. |
