the charges he ook on your application are not so bad. 190 for evaluation and 650 for attorney fee is not bad at all compared to people who charged 1000 due to the rush processing the employers requested for.
I know this is pretty much same fee for anyone and reasonable too. But, he is not showing PROOF that he actually did my education evaluation and applied for my H-1. and when i sent repeated mails, he sio saying may be, attorney gaaDu mosam chesaaDemo manalni ani employer anTunnaaDu. he is trying to show me tha the is on my side and attorney cheat chesaaDemo ani...

getting your education evaluation certificate is win-win situation. the evaulation certificate was requested by attorney and attorney will not share the paper work he did for a particular case with individuals unless otherwise you negotiate it before hand. they will simply shred it if did not go through. you have to ask quoting a strong reason for a different purpuse and deal with it in a different manner not demanding. attorney or employer has no direct obligation to return everything they did.
I want to give them some more time probably next week. vaaDiki chepputhaa kuuDa.. just for few hundreds of bucks, dont malign your name ani... ainaa vinakapothe prabhanjaname.. anni DBs lo full mails forwards inka,, chain velli vaaDiki raavali mail.. full last names tho sahaa peTTesthaa
this post tells how desparate you want to prove your view point for 200 dollars. it does not make any sense to go after the employer for denying to return ur part of h1b fee.
there are many instances where many of us lost months of billing and h1b fees due to stupid consultants. it is better you be prepared for such situations instead of worrying on this issue.

Naatu I have the mails from my employer clearly saying he DOES NOT have any info on my H1 till aug end. after wards also he took so much time to send my check in which he charged me for 870 bucks (650 for attorney and 190 for education evaluation and remainign miscellaneous). So, i have evidences of emails where the employer admitted delay on his part.
now, he is refusing or showing excuses when i am asking for education evaluation letter.
now, it is clearly his fault or LIE if he actually cannot show me proof that he applied for me on time. or give me back entire money without charginf for those things which he did not do at all. Right? |

The Receipt names will be there only in the case where cheques were taken, and yet the limit crossed 65,000 (like last year,prevous year).
tHIS YEAR, the process was diff. On 1st day all 1.5 lakh came, they tokk from lottery, only those wlll be encashed and recepited.

AC21 can be used anytime after 180 days had passed from the received date of 485
Even though employer revokes 140, USCIS will send NOID letter requesting for job proof, then you can send a letter saying u used AC21 (if you have not sent it the time when u used AC21) with current emploer's job details and salary information
Only problem is if you used AC21 before the 180 day grace period has been completed, you will be in a soup

Guys, Finally, After my employer trying to convince me that my H1 application was not picked up in lottery, is talknig little different when I asked for the education Evaluation letter.
