Latest Update on Chiranjeevi's daughter Srija marriage

Srija ,Chiranjeevi's younger daughter who married her boy friend Sirish Bhardwaj against her family wishes spoke to media today(October 26th)
Srija said'We are trying to contact my family and there is no response from them.We are sorry if we hurt you and we want to be a part of our family.We are awaiting the recepetion, bringing all of us together ,as they promised us on the TV .we will return to Hyderabad soon after the court session on October 29th'
Sirish Bharadwaj said'I spoke to my parents and they accepted our marriage now.we will be back in Hyderabad within a week. We are sorry if we hurt any of our family members intentionally or unintentionally'
What's cooking in Hyderabad?
As per the sources close to Mega Family the effort made on Headlines Today live show(according to sources it's not a regular TV Show but a paid slot bought by Mega Family) to sort out the things made the chances even worse.The family members who were in shock seeing the marriage on TV were infuriated after seeing the way Srija responded on the Talk Show.And seeing today's response from Srija"There is no response after the show from my family"confirms it.Though there are efforts from near and dear to windup the issue somehow bringing them together.
"Even after the marriage if the couple comes to Mega Family with the same marriage CD instead of distributing it to the media, Chiru's family could accepted their marriage.Even they opposed her love they are not that bad to harm Sirish.Even before..not every one in the family opposed her decision to marry Sirish,There is a softcorner on her for some of them and they are discussing it within the family and suddenly she left the home."says a wellwisher associated with the family from many years.
He also added"Taking the support of media is different from defaming the family on media.Though Srija thought of the first she actually did the second.May be the useless threatening messages&calls from the fans to the couple and their friends and some Police over enthusiasm might forced the couple to react in that way on Headlines Today,unfortunately all these things made the situation worser than ever."
Political Angle
Though the fans routinely accused of Political conspiracy in this issue,none from the film industry felt it so initially.But after the Delhi scene..the industry people also started believing there is 'some' political support in this issue.When some biggies contacted P.Janardhan Reddy, Khairatabad MLA and also relative of Sirish Bharadwaj regarding this,he sweared on his children and said he is not involved in this incident.Though the details of the 'Helping hand' is unknown there are clear signs of political touch to the issue.A Section of people from a 'Power'ful Party are helping the couple by all means.

Megastar Chiranjeevi's daughter Srija and her hubby Sirish Bharadwaj are still hiding in New Delhi. On Friday (October 26, 2007) afternoon, they were spotted having lunch at Andhra Pradesh Bhavan. Two police constables were escorted the couple.
Media caught Srija for a quick chat. She said she's still waiting for an answer from her family. "My in-laws have spoken to us and asked us to come down to home. But there is no response from my family yet. If I hurt them, I offer my sincere apologies. My family told the media that they'd hold a reception for us and invited but they haven’t contacted us," she informed the media.
Srija also said she would come down to Hyderabad in a week and settle down with her hubby at her in-law's house. |
