Simple Equation: Calories you burn from your body should be greater then Calories you EAT. Estimate how many calories you are eating. Should be around 2000 a day. Reduce sugar levels in food, which is the biggest culprit for carving for food. When you eat anything sugary you dont feel hungry but after the sugar level drops you feel hungry again. Do try to force yourself into things that you dont love to do and njoy for workouts. Pick up something you njoy like cycling, Yoga, Aerobic, Kick boxing,Tennis, Sand Volley Ball etc etc which you love to do. Weight Training is very imporntant as much as cardio and Aerobic. Add 15mins of Steam Room visit atleast twice or thirice a week Weight Training BUILDS LEAN MASS of Muscles which need for calories. And helps a lot for increase in METABOLIC rates. Build your LEG Muscles bcz they are big and they need lot of calories not only chest,biceps,triceps etc Before going to sleep in the night, take TRIPHALA RASAYANA(half tea spoon) with warm water, which helps clean up your digestive system and inorganic chemicals stocked up in your stomach. Chip.. You are right... I assumed people eating healthy here. I met lot of people(my cousins in india) saying that I do cardio and reduced eating fat foods still have tummy. so, generally i observed that people do those two and miss these kinda exercises... so mentioned that one only... |

Deniro, vizag I did the tummy exercise for some days (I do not know whether I was correct)in more or less same way as said by Deniro. I had a bad pain on side of the neck and I stopped. I do not know why I had that pain. |

safe exercise technique to both neck and back. Same deniro cheppinatte but don't raise your back off the ground raise your shoulders and squeeze your tummy..The hand should beside the eyebrow's and you should look towards the roof right from start to end. The distance between the chin and chest should not decrease from start to finish or else you will injure your neck. That is the reason why I suggested not to put your hands beneath the neck as some do and they will pull their body with their arms strength and injure the neck.Please listen to your body.Breath while you go down and release when you go up. The below exercise is good only if you are young and a sports guy... no offence Deniro mama... the above exercise has two risks injury to neck and back if you are above 25 years and do not have athletic body... aa tummy excercices ento brief ga ikkada cheppatam kudurtunda? Step 1: Lie down Straight on flat Hard floor on your back with your legs bent such that feet touch the ground. Step 2: Put your both hands on your chest. Step 3: Bend your upper body only without moving your legs till your chin touches or comes near to the knees. Step 4: Lean back again without moving your legs or taking your hands away from chest. Repeat these 4 steps as many number of times as you can. You should feel the stress in your tummy after you do this for some number of times. OR else, you must be taking help of hands or legs which is wrong. and do not rest on your back too much between the repetitions. |

This is the menu I am following and did work for me..for real books nunchi copy paste kadhu...this is practical telugu body meedha panichesindhi Break fast 1 boiled egg and corn flakes Lunch: Chicken grilled or Tuna Sandwich Afternoon: Apple or Pear Evening before 07:00 or 3 hours before sleep: Grilled fish/chicken/any dish which has least oil and Salt. And one Hoodia tablet or capsule along with a matabolizer tablet…Break fast lunch and afternoon….( 3 times a day) 1 month if you are strict you will cry when u see yourself in the mirror. Hoodia is nothing but a African cactus powder which helps u from cravings..Matabolizer is to help you digest food a little bit faster than normal….None of them have sideaffects..you can do your own research. The more sodium(salt) you eat it will retain water in your body as it will make you feel dehydrated and make you feel hungry as well..This is the worst of all. More Garlic is good as it helps in getting rid of water in your body as urine. If you add Gym or any sport which gives you sweat to this …you will see miracles P.S: Once you fill your plate don't go for a refill during dinner times. Never Fear A Man |

Durga, I dont know if beer has any effect on tummy... but, tummy excercies are the easiest ones to attempt. But, It takes strong willpower to do them in good number and REGULARLY. that is the key.. |

NV , Masala Foods manedaam annukunthunaa.Kaani controlchesukolekapothunaa.Any tips. I could do this succesfully. First I told myself, I will not eat NV for short time. Then, I did not touch nv for like 3 months. at the end of third month, I told myself that i will extend it for the same time. This went on with my Mind deceiving the body for one year and it is my 12 succesfull year. Initially, It was very very tough and I craved for it. I dont think about it anymore. You should an alternative of food ejnoyment also to not think of it when you are very hungry... |
