Some times disgruntled dismissed staff also spread these type of HATE MAILS...If this was true the person who leaked this would have gone to POLICE and the doctor would have been stoned to death by the mob or behind bars already..
This is a physco attack by a disgruntled lazy/incompetent assxxxle employee.

Almost all the apparatus are infected with HIV Virus Due to lac of Sterilization in this clinic.
So Dear Friends, Please Beware of such Psycho Attacks.
